The Asher Family Foundation, including its ministry arm Covenant Ministries (“we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with integrity and care. Participants in Engage may choose to receive communications by email, text message, or both. We use the contact information provided only to deliver Engage and administer participation in the program.
Email Communications
If you choose email delivery, you will receive approximately one Scripture-centered Engage study each week, along with confirmation or administrative messages directly related to your participation.
We use Beehiiv to manage email enrollment and delivery. New participants are required to confirm their email address before receiving Engage. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in an Engage email.
We will not use your Engage enrollment to send unrelated marketing, spam, or requests for donations.
Text Message Communications
If you choose text delivery and provide your express consent, Covenant Ministries will send approximately one Scripture-centered Engage study each week, along with an initial confirmation message and necessary administrative responses.
Messages may be sent through SimpleTexting using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or other automated technology.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also withdraw your consent by contacting us at info@asherfamily.org. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a purchase or donation.
We will not send marketing messages or requests for donations through Engage text messaging.
Mobile Information and Consent
We may disclose your mobile telephone number, name, communication preferences, and consent information to SimpleTexting and other service providers solely as necessary to deliver and administer the messages you requested.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on our behalf only as necessary to deliver the requested communications.
All other information-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text-message originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
We do not sell or rent mobile information. We retain enrollment and consent records as reasonably necessary to administer Engage, honor communication preferences and opt-out requests, document consent, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

- With trusted service providers, including Beehiiv and SimpleTexting, solely as necessary to manage enrollment and deliver the email or text communications you requested
